Bringing Materials to the Career Fair: 

You may use the load/unload zones at the UW HUB Loading Dock, located on the east side of the HUB along Stevens Way NE, to unload your materials. Students will be available to help you bring your materials to the HUB Ballroom. Please obey the time restrictions for parking in the load/unload zones to avoid repeated ticketing and/or towing. After dropping off your materials, please park in the parking areas listed below.  

Shipping Materials: 

• If you need to ship items, please fill out this Google Form 

• Please have your materials arrive by 01/19/2024 

• Only pre-paid return shipping packages will be accepted & sent back the next day

Returning Materials to Your Company After the Career Fair: 

You must prepay for your materials to be returned to your organization. 

For return service, the day after the career fair, you must to attach a completed and prepaid return label for your materials. 

 

Please note that we are unable to accommodate request to return materials if you have not pre-paid for your materials to be returned to your organization.

Arrival Time: 

You may start setting-up your display beginning at 1:30 P.M. on January 24th, 2024. 

Please enter through the first floor of the HUB. All main doors of the HUB will be open with signage leading to the Ballroom on the 2nd floor.

Directions: 

Coming from I-5 northbound or southbound: 

• Take the NE 45th Street exit (#169). Turn east onto NE 45th Street. Continue east about one-quarter mile to 17th Avenue NE. Turn right onto the main campus.

Coming from the East SR520: 

• Use State Route 520. Take the Montlake Boulevard exit, bearing right onto Montlake Blvd. Continue north past Husky Stadium. When the road splits, take the left fork onto 25th Avenue NE. At the traffic light, turn left onto Pend Oreille Road. 

 

Parking: 

Due to recent parking restrictions, we are unable to provide prepaid parking. We recommend using the following self-service lots, which are approximately an eight-minute walk to the HUB (please note that, in any lot, you must park in a legal spot; otherwise, you are subject to a ticket and/or towing): 

• Central Parking Garage: When walking from this garage to the HUB, follow this link for directions 

• Padelford Parking Garage: When walking from this garage to the HUB, follow this link for directions
